His duties and responsibilities include client contact, scheduling, budgets, and office technical service contracts. His assignments include space allocations and assessment studies, cost estimates, projects scheduling, architectural design, contract review, and functioning in leadership capacity for the professional design & production staff. His technical skills and design abilities provide the office with a unique perspective to the design approach that is the firm’s work. He also works closely with the firm’s administrative and development management areas. Mr. Ralat received a B.A. degree in Environmental Design from the University of Puerto Rico and graduated from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University with a Master’s Degree in Architecture. He is a member of the College of Architects of Puerto Rico.
